From a marketing perspective, both of these terms should be used in marketing messages in the United States to promote businesses like KUMON. I actually did a graduate apprenticeship with a KUMON center in Lexington, KY, wherein I created an entire search engine and social media marketing plan to digitally promote the brand. However, despite the facts that I am KUMON's target market (I have a keen understanding of what parents need to hear) and my marketing activities drove qualified leads to the KUMON center in Lexington, corporate KUMON wrinkled its nose at my work. The fact of the matter is, to grow their business in the United States, they need to help change American perspective on education. Americans are inherently competitive and could easily get behind "shadow education" as a way to give their children a competitive edge, but someone needs to advertise this concept. Thank you for sharing your insight. I look forward to reading other articles on your blog and will connect with you on Google+.

@AnnaSeacat | http://sociallymindedmarketing.com/
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04257908573196974049noreply@blogger.com
